Excellence. Knowledge. Diligence.

History

Established in 1994, Custom Glass Services, Inc.’s president and vice president have over 50 years of combined experience in the glazing industry. What Makes Us Unique

Service
Our organized environment allows for higher quality control and a faster turnover rate of production. Construction progress of buildings should not be slowed down by the fabrication of windows systems. At Custom Glass Services, we can provide frames fabricated and ready for installation at our warehouse simultaneously as floor slabs are being laid at the construction site. This is not an asset but a necessity in the more-than-ever fast-paced construction business. Our Field Superintendant has 25 years of experience in the glazing business and works directly with the clients’ Project Managers and Job Foremen overseeing installation and making sure that all aspects of our work meet the customer’s satisfaction. We use our own telescopic boom man-lifts that can reach up to 120 feet high allowing us to install our systems from the outside of a building without incurring the costly, marked up equipment rental fees of other companies.

Quality Control
Custom Glass Services, Inc. performs in-house water tests on punched openings during fabrication as an internal measure of quality control. This saves money and time and avoids many larger issues if the product had been installed at the jobsite untested during fabrication.

Streamlined Fabrication
We are one of the very few companies in the DC Metropolitan area to do our own in-house streamline fabrication of windows and curtain wall systems. Our organized assembly line of high quality machinery; compound under mount miter floor saws, multi head drills and drill presses allow for the most clean-cut assembled systems.

Warehouse
Over 21,000 square feet of warehouse space and our fenced-in storage area and security cameras make for the utmost safety for stored materials.
